We love the size of this fireplace. However, we are dismayed that the electrical cord is not very long so we do not have a place to plug it in. If the unit was not so heavy, we would send it back. It came with a 5 inch black scratch along one side of the fireplace. The stain is not very even on several parts of the fireplace. There are places on the front that were not sanded well. It was delivered with a white overspray in some spots. We have purchased 4 of the smaller Heat Surge fireplaces and we are very happy with them. This is why we are surprised with the condition of this larger unit.
